Yes, your membership renews every month on the same day that you sign up. Upon renewal you will also receive your next set of 4 or 8 credits.
You can cancel your account from the member login and then select your profile and visit Billing to cancel your subscription. If you are looking to upgrade or downgrade your account please message us.
No, credits must be used by the end of your billing cycle and will reset to the default amount each month.
All sales are final and there are no refunds. If you ever need to cancel your membership you must do so before your next billing cycle. Please follow the instructions listed above or in the onboarding email.
